This work presents an immersive journey to the heart of Japan. The face of a Japanese woman
in this way becomes a gateway to the culture, history and spirituality of the country, where
every detail tells a story.
Around this central portrait, unfolds a universe full of symbols and references
emblematic of Japan: grace of a geisha, discipline of a samurai, power
mythical dragon, and the teachings of Buddhism. The majestic Mount Fuji, the
traditional lanterns, torii, and graphic compositions of Sangaku reinforce the
aesthetic and symbolic dimension.
Popular culture and traditional arts are also present: Haiku, l-origami,
maneki Neko, Wadaiko percussion, Judo and Jigoro Kano, its founder. The
